This is the first documentary film on the International College of Philosophy (Collège 　　international de Philosophie: CIPH), founded by, among others, Jacques Derrida and 　　François Châtelet in 1983 in Paris. The film consists of interviews with former presidents 　　Michel Deguy, François Noudelmann and Bruno Clément, current vice-president Boyan 　　Manchev, and with former and current program directors Catherine Malabou, Francisco 　　Naishtat and Gisèle Berkman. The aim of this film is to consider the possibilities of the 　　humanities in general and philosophy in particular under the current conditions of global 　　capitalism. 在封印的都市中被废弃的天象馆，误入其中的男人所见到的机器人少女，那是被繁星所引导的奇迹的物语。 　　那是世界大战之后雨下个不停的世界。受到细菌武器的影响，而被人们抛弃了的最危险的城市“封印都市”。在某个百货商场的天文馆中，有一个机器人少女。她的名字是“星野梦美”。她是天文馆的解说员，1年之中只有7日运行的损坏的机器人。就这样，少女在这30年间始终相信着会有某个人到访天文馆，一个人在这个没有其他人的世界等待着。然后，在第三十个年头醒来的那天，她的面前出现了一个男人。 　　“恭喜您！您正正好是250万个客人！” 　　对突然出现的机器人进行警戒的男人·“废墟猎人”。以自城市回收贵重物资作为生计的他，正为了生存潜入'封印都市"，被在都市中徘徊的战斗机械的袭击，而误入了这个天文馆。 　　“要来观赏一下天象仪吗。无论何时都不会消失的美丽的无尽的星光……。漫天的星星们正在等着大家呢” 　　在大战的影响之下，连星星都无法再看见的濒临毁灭的这个世界，他究竟在那里看到了什么。一年之中只有7天能够运行的机器人少女，苏醒的那一天正遇上那偶然的到访。 　　奇迹就这样发生了……
